Job Description
Job Title: Quality Engineer
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:We are NOT considering candidates from IT / Software / IT Testing background.
Only candidates from Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Quality domains will be shortlisted.
3 Months Internship and then Permanent job with higher salary
📌 Job Type:Full-Time (Day Shift)
💰 Salary:Based on experience (As per company standards)
Key Responsibilities:🔹 Quality PlanningDesign and implement testing methods, sampling plans, and quality control systems to ensure products meet required specifications.
🔹 Process ImprovementAnalyze production data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify variations and implement improvements to reduce defects.
🔹 Root Cause AnalysisInvestigate product/process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
🔹 Compliance & AuditingEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality systems (ISO standards). Conduct internal audits regularly.
🔹 CollaborationWork closely with engineering, production, and suppliers to maintain quality standards across the product lifecycle.
🔹 DocumentationPrepare detailed reports on inspections, quality checks, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
