Job DescriptionDelhi Cardio Diagnostic Services is hiring Customer Support Executives for managing patient coordination and daily operations for home-based cardiac diagnostic services across North India.
The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with patients, doctors, technicians, and hospitals.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Coordinate bookings for Holter, ELR, ABPM, and Sleep Study
- Manage installation and removal scheduling
- Coordinate with technicians and reporting department
- Handle patient queries and provide support
- Maintain patient and case records properly
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional and polite behavior
- Ability to manage calls and coordination work
- Hindi speaking mandatory
- English communication preferred
- EligibilityGraduate preferred
- Freshers can apply
