 Role Description


 

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The position involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable technical solutions, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and driving sales initiatives. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent client service.



Job description

 Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience of direct selling industrial products/ capital goods.

Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support

Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Experience in working with coding, marking, or printing solutions is highly advantageous

Engineering or non-engineering with strong direct sales background in the field

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Executes tactical business plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, operating margins.

Help in payment collections/forms and achieve the targets

Building strong, long-term customer relationships, based on value
