Candidates from FMCG, Steel, Cement, Paint, TMT, Tiles, Sanitary, Hardware, Electrical, Automobile, Telecom, Banking, Insurance or any other industry will NOT be considered.

Job Summary

Krishna Plywood Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and aggressive Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive for the Delhi NCR market.

The candidate must have strong experience in Plywood Sales, excellent market knowledge, and an established network with Plywood Dealers, Distributors, Timber Merchants, Builders, Contractors, Developers and Construction Companies.

The candidate should be capable of independently generating business, developing dealer networks, handling key accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities'

• Develop and expand the Shuttering Plywood business in Delhi NCR.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors.
• Visit dealers, builders, contractors and project sites regularly.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert them into orders.
• Increase product sales and market coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product advantages.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Ensure timely payment collection.
• Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Weekly Reports and Monthly Sales Reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch and production teams for timely deliveries.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.

Required Skills'

• Excellent knowledge of the Delhi plywood market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good relationship with plywood dealers and distributors.
• Strong dealer development ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent field sales experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Minimum 3–8 years experience in the Plywood Industry.

✅ Must have experience selling Shuttering Plywood / Film Faced Plywood.

✅ Must have an existing network of plywood dealers, distributors, builders and contractors in Delhi NCR.

✅ Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.

✅ Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

❌ Candidates from industries other than Plywood will not be considered under any circumstances.
