Job Description
Customer Coordination (Sales & Service)
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and service
complaints
• Understand customer requirements and route them internally for
action
Sales Enquiry Management
• Record and track all incoming enquiries
• Coordinate with internal/technical team for quotations
Service Complaint Handling
• Log and track all service issues reported by customers
• Coordinate with service engineers/vendors for resolution
Vendor Management & Order Execution
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for material and service
requirements
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and execution progress
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or customer
handling (freshers with very strong skills can be considered)
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
