Key Points for New Candidate – Coordination Department
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office – especially Word & Excel
Good communication skills through:
· Phone Calls
· Ability to communicate & coordinate with field staff and technicians
Job Responsibilities
· Planning AMC visits and technician schedules
· Daily follow-up update (on google sheets) with service engineers/field staff
· Ensuring timely execution of work
· Timely complaint resolution
· Preparing and submitting estimates on time
· Maintaining service records and reports in Excel
· Payment follow-up and collection coordination
· Customer coordination and status updates
· Professional communication with customers and staff
Additional Expectations
· Good time management
· Team coordination ability
· Problem-solving attitude
· Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Candidate
· Ability to work independently and with teams
· Experience in coordination/service department preferred 3 to 5 years.
