Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

● Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of flowmeter systems at customer

locations.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flowmeter functionality, electronics,

and associated equipment.

● Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, and

resolving service-related concerns promptly.

● Collaborate with backend support teams to provide technical guidance and resolution

recommendations to clients.

● Generate service reports, documenting all service activities, including observations,

actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.

● Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of flowmeter

systems.

Requirements:

● Proven experience working with flowmeter systems.

● Proficiency in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various types

of flowmeters (e.g., electromagnetic, ultrasonic).

● analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical

issues effectively.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, providing

technical support, and conducting training sessions.

● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work

environment.

● Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours when required.
