Job Description
We are looking for a Service Engineer for Audio Video products. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, and customer support for AV products at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation and configuration of Audio Video products
Provide product demonstrations and basic user training to clients
Handle servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment
Diagnose technical issues and provide quick resolutions
Coordinate with the technical team for service updates and escalations
Maintain service reports and installation records
Ensure timely customer support and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Audio Video products and equipment
Willingness to travel for field visits
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred
Prior field service experience will be an added advantage
