Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer who can handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and customer support for CNC Router Machines, Fiber Laser Marking Machines, CO2 Laser Machines, and related equipment.
The candidate should be technically strong, customer-friendly, and ready to travel for machine installation and service support across India when required.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Machine Installation & Commissioning
2. Troubleshooting & Repair
3. Technical Support
4. Customer Handling
5. Reporting & Documentation
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of CNC Router Machines
- Knowledge of Fiber Laser & CO2 Laser Machines
- Basic electrical and electronics understanding
- Servo drive & stepper drive troubleshooting
- Controller knowledge (RichAuto, Weihong, NK105, etc.)
- Software knowledge (EZCAD, RDWorks, ArtCAM, etc.)
- Machine wiring and parameter setting knowledge
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical interest may also apply.
Job Requirements
- Field service work and travel readiness.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Must own Android smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Basic English/Hindi reading ability required.
