Job Description:

  • To ensure service deliverance and achievement of service KPI targets.
  • To ensure quantitative & qualitative goals of after sales service for Distributors, Channel partners & service franchisees.
  • To give best sales support to all Service partners, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Responsible for warranty obligations, customer complaints resolution & service image building.
  • To provide timely support to the service partners and keep they updated on the company policies and processes.
  • To handle the dispatch also.
