Shop Sales, Purchase, Inventory Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage counter sales, handle customer orders, coordinate with the market for procurement, maintain accurate records of all incoming inventory, and personally visit the market to procure items when required.

Counter Sales

Attend to walk-in customers at the counter and process their sales accurately.

Maintain a record of all counter sales on a daily basis.

Order Management

Receive customer orders over the phone and understand their specific requirements.

Place orders with the market/suppliers based on dynamic and varying customer demands.

Ensure timely procurement and follow-up on pending orders.

Market Procurement

Personally visit the market to source and bring items when required.

Identify the right suppliers/vendors to fulfill specific product requirements.

Ensure items are procured at the right quality and in a timely manner.

Customer Communication

Interact with customers over the phone to understand their needs and clarify product-related queries.

Maintain a professional and helpful attitude during all customer interactions.

Supplier Communication

Interact with Supplier over the phone to convey the needs of customer.

Inventory Recording

Record every item received or sold at the shop in a systematic and accurate manner.

Ensure incoming stock entries are up to date at all times.

Skills Required

Basic communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle phone-based customer interactions

Basic numerical and record-keeping ability

Familiarity with inventory or stock management (preferred)

Knowledge of local markets and vendors (preferred)

Organized, attentive to detail, and reliable

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment

Physical ability to travel to the nearby market and carry/transport items as needed
