Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shopify E-commerce Account Manager who can independently manage our complete Shopify store and drive online sales.
- ResponsibilitiesComplete Shopify store management
- Product listing, editing and optimization
- Collection, menu and website management
- Order processing and fulfillment coordination
- Inventory management
- Discount coupons, offers and promotional campaigns
- Shopify theme customization (basic)
- App installation and configuration
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Customer support through email and chat
- Shopify Analytics and sales reporting
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management
- Google Ads management
- Google Merchant Center management
- Google Analytics (GA4) monitoring
- Email marketing using Shopify Email, Klaviyo or similar tools
- Abandoned cart recovery campaigns
- SEO optimization for products and collections
- Performance monitoring and sales growth planning
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Shopify experience
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify Apps and Themes
- Basic image editing skills (Canva or Photoshop)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Preferred SkillsKlaviyo Email Marketing
