Job Description
Job Title: Showroom Helper / Showroom Assistant Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Showroom Helper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the showroom's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting our sales team. Your main goal is to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and provides an inviting experience for every visitor.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom floor clean, tidy, and organized. Regularly dust displays, wipe down surfaces, and ensure all products are neatly arranged and properly tagged.
Customer Assistance: Welcome guests as they enter, offer refreshments, and direct them to the appropriate sales representative or section of the showroom.
Inventory & Restocking: Help unload incoming shipments, unbox merchandise, and restock floor displays. Report low stock levels or damaged items to management.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic tasks like answering the phone, scheduling appointments, or preparing promotional materials and price tags.
Sales Team Assistance: Run quick errands for the sales team, gather sample materials for clients.
