Site Civil Engineer

• Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction & interior/ renovation activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, materials, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare and maintain site records including DPRs, test reports, and inspection checklists.
• Verify measurements, drawings, and BOQs.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of works within approved cost and schedule.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.

Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and client invoices as per contract terms.

• Take off quantities from drawings and prepare BOQs.
• Record and certify measurements as per actual site execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and quantity verification.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and quantities.
• Maintain billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents.
• Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment.
• Handle variations, extra items, and rate analysis.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
