Job Description
Company: Experiva Engineering Services
Location: Delhi NCR / PAN India (Project Sites)
Experience: 1–6 years (Industrial Flooring / FM2 / Repair / Densification works)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise site execution of FM2 flooring, repair, and densification works.
- Manage workforce and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor quality of materials like concrete, densifiers, hardeners, and ensure correct application.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Clients, and Vendors for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work measurements, and maintain site records.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment (Laser Screed, Trowel machines, Grinders etc.).
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Concrete flooring, concrete repair systems, densification & polishing.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and execute as per specifications.
- Good communication & site management skills.
- Willingness to travel & work at project sites across India.
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable for experienced candidates).
