About the Role: We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, and digital advertising.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and followers.
• Coordinate and manage photo/video shoots, including ideation and on-ground execution.
• Edit videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content for social media platforms.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives when required.
• Required Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred), and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and social media trends.
• Experience in video shooting, content planning, and editing.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
