Job Description – Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a **Social Media Marketing Manager** with experience in **content creation, social media management, and performance marketing**.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

* Create content calendars, captions, reels ideas, and campaign strategies.

* Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative execution.

* Run and optimize **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.

* Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and improve ROI.

* Prepare reports and share performance insights with the team/client.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in **social media marketing and digital marketing**

* Strong knowledge of **content planning, Meta Ads, and Google Ads**

* Experience in **lead generation and campaign optimization**

* Good understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and ad performance metrics

* **Candidates from digital marketing agency / digital marketing field will be preferred**
