Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can manage and grow our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should bring fresh ideas, consistency, and strong content strategies to engage our audience and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
• Develop content calendars and execute social media strategies
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, and analytics

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in paid ads and campaign management
• Basic graphic designing or video editing skills
• Experience working with brands or agencies
