Job Description
🏨 Hotel Midtown | Delhi
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual who can handle both social media management and hotel operations efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:📱 Social Media Management
- Handle Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp business accounts
- Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, posts)
- Reply to customer queries and DMs promptly
- Plan promotions, offers & marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with content creators/influencers
🏨 Hotel Management
- Manage daily hotel operations smoothly
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage staff coordination and supervision
- Maintain booking records and handle calls
- 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 12th pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & social media trends
- जिम्मेदार, स्मार्ट और प्रोएक्टिव होना चाहिए
- Experience in hotel or social media role is a plus
- 🔹 Job Details:📍 Location: Delhi
- 🕒 Working Hours: 8–10 hours
- 💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (based on skills)
