Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (SEO + Ads + Lead Generation)

Location: Office (as per requirement)

About the RoleWe are a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with multiple clients across industries.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across SEO, paid ads, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies for clients

• Plan and manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) for ranking growth

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Oversee social media strategy for engagement and lead generation

• Build conversion-focused funnels (landing pages, CTAs, lead flows)

• Analyze performance data and improve campaign results

• Handle client communication and strategy discussions

• Manage internal team (SEO, content, design, social media)

• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all marketing activities

• Create SOPs and scalable marketing processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SEO (ranking + strategy level understanding)

• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Understanding of lead generation funnels and CRO

• Experience in handling multiple client accounts

• Ability to analyze data and make performance decisions

• Strong communication and client handling skills

• Team management and delegation skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in digital marketing agency

• Experience handling B2B and service-based clients

• Understanding of international SEO (UAE, USA, Europe)

• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and advanced SEO strategies

Experience Required 3–6+ years in digital marketing (agency preferred)
