1. Has strong expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Performance Marketing.
2. Can strategize and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
3. Can create visually engaging and creative content that immediately impresses clients.
4. Has a results-driven mindset, tracking metrics and delivering measurable impact.
5. Can handle both B2B and B2C campaigns and build an agency-grade portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Management:

• Develop tailored social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
• Design LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and thought leadership.
• Launch B2C campaigns focused on engagement, storytelling, and virality.

Social Media Optimization & Performance Marketing:

• Manage both organic and paid campaigns.
• Optimize paid campaigns for ROI, CTR, and conversions.
• Use audience targeting, hashtags, social SEO, and analytics to improve reach.

Creative Content Creation:

• Create scroll-stopping visuals, carousels, reels, and shorts.
• Use Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools for visually consistent and high-quality content.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Prepare client-ready performance reports.

Client & Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, content writers, and project managers.
• Conduct presentations and strategy sessions for clients.
