Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow FylFlix's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and business teams to create high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key social media metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and partners whenever required.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across all channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube marketing.
• Experience in content planning, social media scheduling, and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/Technology companies.
• Knowledge of video content creation and short-form content strategies.
• Understanding of personal branding and LinkedIn growth strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
