Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Run and optimize social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor research and identify trending topics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and social media trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
