Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & SEO Specialist to boost our online presence and drive organic traffic. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels to showcase our events, alongside executing SEO strategies to rank our services higher on search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (reels, posts, event highlights) across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube (meta ads).
• Event Coverage: Buzz creation before events and occasional live coverage/updates during major events.
• SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content (on-page & off-page), and improve search engine rankings to generate inbound event inquiries.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report website traffic and social media engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing both Social Media and SEO (Experience in the event/hospitality industry is a big plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest), Google Analytics, meta ads, and Social Media management tools.
• Creative Skills: Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) to quickly create post assets.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
