Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sourcing Executive (Runner) who understands the apparel ecosystem in Delhi NCR. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations, ensuring timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and production essentials. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, well-connected in local markets, and capable of independently managing sourcing requirements under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors across key sourcing hubs such as Gandhi Nagar, Nehru Place, Govind Puri, Chandni Chowk & Sadar Bazaar
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories including threads, buttons, zippers, elastics, labels, inner fabrics, and packaging materials
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and shop owners
• Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality
• Handle urgent and last-minute sourcing requirements efficiently
• Assist in fabric and trim quality checks before procurement
• Maintain basic records of purchases, vendor details, and pricing benchmarks
• Support the production and design team with material availability updates

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR sourcing markets and vendor networks
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel sourcing / runner role
• Understanding of garment manufacturing materials and trims
• Ability to identify quality differences in fabrics and accessories
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Highly dependable, punctual, and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with production timelines and garment workflows
• Prior experience working with kidswear or premium apparel brands
• Basic understanding of costing and material consumption
