Hiring: Senior Customer Relationship Executive – BuyBacKart
📍 Location: Delhi (Okhla Phase 1)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Monthly performance-based incentives
👩💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, and services.
- Communicate confidently with customers across India, including South India.
- Manage customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
- Assist with pickup booking, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship/customer support.
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
- Comfortable taking calls from customers in South India.
- Expertise in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is appreciated.
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Female candidates preferred.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA / BA / B.Com / BCA preferred)
