2–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Super Stockist Management.

About the Role: - We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive – Super Stockist to manage super stockist operations, maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Update and maintain sales, dispatch, and stock data.
• Manage daily communication with Super Stockists.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and Google Sheets trackers.
• Reconcile orders, dispatches, pending invoices, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely execution.
• Track secondary sales and stock movement.
• Generate business reports for management review.
• Maintain customer database and CRM records.
• Follow up for pending orders, payments, and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Preferred Candidate.

• Experience in handling Super Stockists and Sales MIS.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of Sales Coordination and Inventory Reporting.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
