Job Description
🔹 Steward (F&B Service Associate)Role: Frontline service staff responsible for guest service and dining experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
- Provide menu knowledge and suggest upselling items
- Handle guest requests and basic complaints promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service protocols
🔹 Captain (F&B Supervisor)Role: Supervisory position managing service team and ensuring smooth operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead stewards during service
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Take orders and assist in service during peak hours
- Train and guide team members on service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
- Monitor table turnover and reservation flow
- Ensure billing accuracy and smooth closing procedures
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and hygiene of the team
