Job Title: Store Incharge (E-commerce)

Location: - Azadpur, Delhi

Office Timing:- 9:30 to 6:00PM

About the Role:-

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage our e-commerce warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling inventory, dispatch operations, order fulfilment, and stock management for online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Quick commerce, blinkit, Zepto and the company website.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch for e-commerce orders.
• Ensure timely processing of orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, Quick commerce, blinkit, zepto and other online platforms.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle product returns (RTO), replacements, and damaged stock records.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Work closely with the operations, online sales and customer support teams.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

Required Skills:-

experience in e-commerce inventory management.

• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Shopify, Quick commerce, blinkit, zepto order processing.
• Strong inventory control and stock management skills.
• Good understanding of barcode systems and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good communication and team management skills.
