Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Home Decor sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive for our Home Decor store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, promoting home decor products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable home decor products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Handle billing, payments, and customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and feedback.
