Experience: Minimum 14+ year(s) of experience is required with proven experience owning large business portfolios or multiple categories/channels and delivering transformational results. Direct exposure to CXOs, promoters, investors, or board-level stakeholders.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Digital Commerce Leader to own and scale our commerce practice and deliver growth for our clients across D2C, marketplaces, omnichannel and quick commerce ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience, digital innovation and data-led decision making to deliver revenue growth. The role requires deep business judgment, strong leadership maturity, and the ability to operate confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders. In addition to core commerce and category ownership, experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships network, product strategy, and AI / GenAI-led transformation is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance of digital commerce strategy and drive growth for enterprise-level clients across industries
- Deliver revenue growth by enhancing customer experience & optimizing conversion, engagement and retention
- Manage the client CXOs, promoters, investors, and external partners
- Drive strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and ecosystem collaborations
- Influence product and platform priorities impacting commerce and CX
- Take high-stakes decisions and manage ambiguity and risk
- Build, lead, and grow high-performing teams and long-term capabilities
- Contribute to pitch development and business growth through consultative engagement
