Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Tally Operator / Accounts Executive for handling complete accounting work in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, along with back-office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Tally Work:

• Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal Entries in Tally
• Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation
• Maintain Customer & Vendor Accounts
• GST billing, E-way Bill generation, and TDS entries
• Invoice generation, voucher entry & account maintenance

Back Office & Admin Work:

• MIS reporting using MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Data entry, documentation & record maintenance
• Email drafting & coordination with clients/vendors
• Service follow-ups & internal coordination

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 2+ years experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting basics

✔ Experience in bank reconciliation & billing

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, reports)

✔ Ability to work independently
