Job Description
Job Summary:-
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Used Car Loan to lead a team of sales executives, drive business through dealer and DSA channels, and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. The candidate should have strong team handling skills and hands-on experience in used car finance.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Used Car Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer and dealer escalations promptly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales executives.
Eligibility:-
- 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Used Car Loan, Auto Loan, or Vehicle Finance.
- Experience in team handling.
