Job Description

Provide day‑to‑day technical and administrative support to engineers and project managers (documents, trackers, logs, and reports).
• Prepare, format, and quality‑check technical documents, drawings, BoQs, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals.
• Assist with 2D drafting and mark‑ups in collaboration with design teams; maintain drawing registers and revision control.
• Collect, clean, and analyze project data; maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and status trackers.
• Support scheduling and progress monitoring (updating plans, look‑ahead schedules, resource sheets).
• Coordinate meetings, record minutes/actions, follow up on deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Assist with procurement and vendor coordination (requesting quotations, preliminary comparisons, documentation).
• Perform basic QA/QC checks on documentation for completeness, formatting, and compliance with standards.
• Support site/field teams with data entry, photo logs, and compiling daily/weekly reports (as required by the project).
• Uphold safety, quality, and information management standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

Graduate Engineer in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support/assistant role within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong spreadsheet/report formatting skills.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (reading, mark‑ups, basic drafting) and document control practices.
• Familiarity with project workflows, drawing registers, revision control, and transmittal processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management to meet deadlines.
