Job Title:

Sales / IT Support Executive

Job Description:

  • We are hiring candidates for Sales and IT Support roles. Candidates will be responsible for either selling company software or handling technical support queries from clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client interactions via call, email, or chat
  • Provide basic technical support for IT-related queries (IT Support role)
  • Promote and sell company software to clients (Sales role)
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain proper communication with clients

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer / IT knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and work
