Job Description
We deal in lab equipment like pH Meters, Water Baths, Spectrophotometers, Weighing Balances, Magnetic Stirrers, Viscometers, Gel Doc Systems, Electrophoresis, Thermal PCR
• Provide application support and technical guidance to customers (onsite & online)
• Conduct product demonstrations and user training
• Assist customers in selecting the right instruments for their applications
• Support installation and basic troubleshooting along with service team
• Help customers understand methods, usage, and best practices
• Prepare basic application notes, SOPs, and training materials
• Perform basic testing/validation of instruments before demo or dispatch
• Coordinate with service/factory team for advanced technical issues
• Maintain records of demos, trials, and customer interactions
• Support sales team with technical inputs and pre-sales discussions
• Assist/guide sales & marketing team in creating accurate technical/marketing content
• Assist tender team in specification matching and ensure correct tender submission
Requirements:
• B.Sc. (Biotechnology / Life Sciences) – M.Sc. preferred
• Prior experience with scientific/laboratory equipment
• Good understanding of lab techniques and applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Willingness to travel for demos and customer support
• Self-motivated and problem-solving mindset
