Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Counsellor to connect with potential customers over calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Convert inquiries into admissions/sales/bookings as per business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Good listening and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred.
• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, or customer support preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Experience 06–3 years preferred.
• SalaryAs per industry standards + Incentives.

• Working Hours[10AM TO 6PM]
