Job DescriptionWe are hiring confident and responsible Telecallers for Loan Recovery and Payment Collection. The candidate will contact customers regarding pending loan instalments, overdue amounts and payment commitments.

The candidate must communicate politely, explain outstanding payment details clearly, take payment commitments and complete timely follow-ups while following company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan instalments and overdue payments.
• Inform customers about their outstanding amount, due date and available payment options.
• Request customers to clear pending payments within the agreed timeline.
• Take payment commitments and follow up on promised payment dates.
• Share approved payment links or payment instructions with customers.
• Update customer remarks, payment status and follow-up dates in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries and payment-related objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the recovery team and senior management for unresolved cases.
• Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow the company’s collection guidelines.
• Escalate disputed, sensitive or high-risk cases to the concerned senior.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills will be preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Good follow-up and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email and CRM.
• Comfortable working with calling and payment-collection targets.
• Positive, disciplined and result-oriented attitude.
