Job Description

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.

Generate new business leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, follow-up, and networking.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.

Have in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered and provide accurate, compelling information to customers.

Call Management & Conversion

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in CRM tools or databases.

Overcome customer objections and use effective closing techniques to finalize sales.

Up-selling & Cross-selling
