Job RoleWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can handle customer calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Call potential and existing customers
- Explain company services clearly
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Maintain proper call records
- Convert leads into paying clients
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Basic knowledge of computer & CRM
- Confidence in talking to customers
- Sales mindset (very important)
