Job Description

  • Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
  • Handle inbound calls, customer queries & upselling opportunities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Perform regular follow-ups to close pending leads
  • Update customer details, call status & sales in CRM software
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while driving conversions
  • Follow company SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards
  • Telesales / BPO Sales / Inside Sales
  • Outbound Sales / Lead Conversion
  • Customer Handling / Customer Support
  • Target-based Sales / Incentive-driven Role
  • CRM Software / Computer Skills
