Job Description
- Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
- Handle inbound calls, customer queries & upselling opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Perform regular follow-ups to close pending leads
- Update customer details, call status & sales in CRM software
- Ensure customer satisfaction while driving conversions
