Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele Caller who will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make calls to prospective clients/customers.
• Explain company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate follow up on inquiries, and maintain client records.
• Maintain daily call logs and update Google sheet.
• Address customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments/meetings for the senior (if required).
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly target goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English).
• Basic computer knowledge & call-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing ability.
• Previous tele calling / sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Ability to work under target-oriented environment.
