Job Title: Patient Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join our team. The role involves assisting patients who are looking for medical treatments and guiding them throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with patients who have shown interest in medical treatments
• Guide patients to the right hospitals from our network
• Help patients understand insurance coverage, co-payments, and deductions
• Support patients in planning treatment (Insurance / Cash / EMI options)
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into confirmed cases
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with patients and hospitals

Note:

• We do not sell any product or charge patients
• Our role is to guide and support patients in their treatment journey

Eligibility:

• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic understanding of customer handling
