Job Description:

We're looking for experienced and skilled Telecallers to join our team in the finance industry. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our loan products, and generating new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our loan products

- Provide accurate information about our products and services

- Generate new leads and meet sales targets

- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: 20-35 years

- Both male and female candidates can apply

- Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply

- Experience in finance and loan industry is a plus
