Job Title: Telecaller – Telesales

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) to promote products/services  
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling
• Experience in cold calling is mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
