Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Noida/Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹25,000 - 35,000 per month + Incentives
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)
Experience: 1-4 years in business development/marketing consulting for hospitality or similar sectors
About Us: Business consulting firm managing overall marketing (Meta ads, leads, content, strategies) for hospitality (hotels/banquets) and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Client Process):
- Generate & qualify leads via calls, emails, and networking for marketing services.
- Conduct discovery meetings, pitch tailored proposals, and close deals.
- Handle onboarding: Contracts, payments, asset collection, and kickoff planning.
- Coordinate full setup (campaigns, content, strategies) with internal teams.
- Launch initiatives, monitor initial KPIs, and handover to delivery team within 10 days.
Requirements:
- Proven BD/sales experience in hospitality marketing or consulting.
- Expertise in lead gen; strong Hindi/English negotiation skills.
- Tools: CRM, Google Workspace
