Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and understands the bridge between marketing a legacy brand and closing active sales. You will be the voice of Mesco, reaching out to potential B2B partners and expanding our footprint in the Indian hardware & Sanitary market.


Day-to-day Responsibilities


Lead Generation:

Identify and prospect potential dealers, wholesalers, and hardware retailers through online research and databases.


Tele-Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to introduce Mesco’s product range and heritage to potential B2B clients.


Sales Pitching:

Effectively communicate the technical benefits and value proposition of our CP fittings and brass faucets.


Client Relationship Management:

Follow up with existing leads, answer product queries, and provide price quotations to convert inquiries into orders.


Market Analysis:

Gather feedback from the market regarding competitor pricing and demand to assist our marketing strategies.


Reporting:

Maintain a systematic record of daily calls and lead status using MS-Excel or CRM tools.



Required Skills & Qualifications


Sales Aptitude:

A strong interest in sales and a "thick skin" for handling cold calls and negotiations.


Product Literacy:

Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product specifications (Materials like Brass, CP, PTMT, etc.)
