Job Description
Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our exhibitor acquisition and revenue generation for exhibitions, expos, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for exhibitions
• Identify and onboard exhibitors, sponsors, and partners across industries
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for high-value deals
• Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and government bodies
• Plan marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate quality leads
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in event sales, exhibitions, or B2B sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve targets and manage teams
• Knowledge of exhibitions/events industry preferred
