Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue by leading a team of agents to meet sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and fostering client relationships. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, setting sales quotas, analyzing market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and negotiating high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing performance of sales agents to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing innovative sales strategies, marketing plans, and action plans to increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Handling key clients, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring sales volumes, tracking progress against quotas, and preparing reports on industry trends.
- Market Insight: Staying informed about property values, local trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales and team management (usually 3–5+ years).
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to mentor agents and negotiate with clients.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and calculate profit plans.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software.
