• Customer Requirement Analysis: Clients ki travel preferences, budget, destination choice, aur dates ko samajhna.

• Itinerary Presentation: Customized tour packages (Domestic & International), flight/hotel deals, aur customized itineraries pitch karna.

• Closing Sales: Pricing, inclusions, aur travel policies clearly explain karke bookings finalize aur close karna.
• 
  
• Relationship Management: Clients ke sath strong rapport banana, unke doubts clear karna, aur post-sales support/follow-up maintain rakhna.
• 
  
• Target Achievement: Monthly aur quarterly sales targets ko consistently achieve karna.
• 
  
• CRM Updates: Client interactions, booking details, aur call statuses ko system/CRM mein regularly update karna.
• 
  
• Key Requirements / Skills Needed (Eligibility)Experience: 0.6–3 saal ka experience Telecalling, Telesales, ya Travel Sales (B2C/B2B) mein. (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).

• Communication Skills: Hindi aur English mein fluent aur persuasive communication capability.

• Sales Orientation: Client ko convince karne, negotiation karne, aur sales call close karne ki acchi skill.

• Travel Knowledge: Domestic aur International destinations, popular tour circuits, aur seasonal trends ki basic samajh.

• Tech-Savvy: Phone systems, MS Office, aur CRM software use karne ki basic knowledge.
